- Retail orders: We're happy to ship directly to the trade show on your behalf.
- Rental orders: Customers are responsible for arranging their own freight to and from the show.

- Delivery address, hall, and stand number
- Latest acceptable delivery date
- Available delivery time windows
- The trade show manifest and the on-site contact person's details
