Can I change, add something to, or omit something from my order?

Customers may submit written change requests within twenty-four (24) hours of order confirmation without charge. After that grace period, all change requests are subject to bematrix’s review and approval.
  • For standard items, bematrix may accept or decline the request
    • If production has already begun, an administrative fee equal to 25% of the net price of the affected items will be charged.
  • For custom items, bematrix reserves the right to refuse any request that materially alters work already underway
    • If such a request is accepted, additional costs and extended lead times may apply.

Any approved change will be documented in a revised quotation and order confirmation that must be accepted by the customer before work proceeds.
