How do I proceed from a quote request to placing an order?

You will need to download the quote you received from beCAD and send both the beCAD quote and drawing to your designated Account Manager and Account Executive.
 

From there:

  • If you would like a detailed CAD drawing, our team will send your submitted project to the CAD team at bematrix USA for detailing.
  • If a detailed CAD drawing is not required, your Account Manager will create the formal bematrix quote based on your beCAD drawing link and the quote generated in beCAD.
  • Once you approve the formal quote from your Account Manager, you will sign and return the quote. Your Account Manager will then convert the approved quote into a sales order.

This will make sure your project is routed through the appropriate process based on the level of drawing support you need and moves smoothly from quote approval to sales order.
