How do I create a clean working environment?

To do this, we need to navigate to a library folder.

Right-click on an empty space and choose "Customize this folder"
Go to the Customize tab, set the view to Video, and click "OK"
Right-click on an empty space again and choose View → Large Icons
Again, right-click on an empty space and now choose Group by → Type
Save this view to the Video preset by going to File → Change folder and search options → View tab → Apply to folders →apply and close
Go back to the main beCAD 2024 folder and right click on an empty space → Customize this folder … → Customize tab → select Video and check "Also apply this template to all subfolders"

To work efficiently, we set up our folders to show large thumbnails of all parts in the library. This makes it easier to identify parts by their part number and appearance.
