I received damaged goods. What do I do now?

Please document the damage on your Bill of Lading (BOL) or Proof of Delivery (POD) at the time of receipt, then submit a ticket through our feedback page: https://connect.bematrix.com/feedback.
 
When completing your ticket, please be ready to provide:
  • Complaint type
  • Order number
  • Item number
  • Complaint description
  • Supporting images of the damage
Once submitted, your Account Manager will be automatically notified and will reach out to you directly within 4 business hours for further support.
