What is the power consumption of LEDskin®?

The power consumption of LEDskin® is largely influenced by the type of content and the brightness of the display. A brighter display equals more power consumption. For example, white or lighter video content will require more power compared to darker content.

Maximum power rates should be provided when requested by a venue. The rates are as follows:  

  • P2.5: 150Watt or 0.65Amps/LEDskin® tile 
  • P1.5: 100Watt or 0.43Amps/LEDskin® tile 
For example, a 6m² LEDskin® video wall of 24 P1.5 LEDskin® tiles will require max. 24 x 100W = 2400W or 10.32Amps.
